We are offering anything from a 4 hour response to site for break fix and need to find more partners to be able to hit our service level agreements anywhere our clients have stores. The most common calls are to swap scanners, printers, hard drives so variety of engineer levels suitable. Must have English as first or second language, helpful but not essential if you speak local language for area you cover.
